In this role, you will use your skills to help lead diverse skilled teams run multiple agile projects that will drive the strategic direction of our supply chain product family . As a project manager/scrum master, you will lead, motivate, and drive the execution of supply chain initiatives using an agile framework. Ideally, you are a self-motivated project manager that has developed core project management skills into an effective agile approach leveraging key tools like JIRA and Confluence.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop highly engaged teams. Lead and coach project teams with the objective of driving the successful delivery of the highest value identified and groomed through initiatives/features and backlog s.
  • Lead teams in agile methodologies, including performing scrum maser role to implement and maximize velocity of the team’s work.
  • Work with Supply Chain Product Family and Product Owners to ensure highest value features are delivered at agreed time.
  • Track progress on a daily basis through burn up, burn down and velocity tracking. Understand and help manage product back log.
  • Prepare and conduct periodic project status reports to update project governance teams and executive management regularly on progress, risks and issues

  • Proven, hands on experience in leading varying sizes of agile teams in IT and process based projects
  • Demonstrated successes as an agile/scrum leader and a demonstrable/sense of ownership in guiding teams through changing roadmaps and priorities.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Experience
