Job Description Summary

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Marketing Project Manager, who will be the single point of contact between the Marketing team and Ziegler divisions, resource groups, product managers, and all other internal clients. This position is responsible for the creation, implementation, and measurement of customer-focused growth plans as well as execution of all marketing communications tactics.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and manage marketing communications budgets
  • Create, implement and measure marketing plans
  • Manage external creative resources for advertising execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Ziegler division management, product managers, and executive team
  • Guide internal resources within Marketing department
  • Lead others in the understanding of their work in support of broader marketing and business plans

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related business field strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of marketing experience required; project management experience preferred
  • Agriculture and/or construction industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Summary

As Project Manager, you will manage and support the development of projects and programs that implement strategies to help people with health and wellness solutions.

The ideal candidate for Project Manager will work with the team to design and redesign health and wellness concepts that integrate new key strategies for traditional health ecosystems and models. Working alongside other teams in the company, the Project Manager will ensure projects are supported at the highest level of quality and excellence to deliver on the company’s business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the development of project scope documentation with a detailed task-based timeline, milestones, workflow processes, and deliverable deadlines.
  • Work with the Director to ensure project stays within scope budget on a month-by-month basis.
  • Align business strategy with key site requirements to properly scope the project by consulting and collaborating with business partners.
  • Collaborate with the team to determine and develop milestones, project processes, workflows for project deliverables, and track and update project timelines according to project status updates.
  • Develop cadence via scheduled team meetings, weekly project status reports and consistent clear communication within the team to ensure projects tasks, milestones, and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Maintain, manage, and review all project documentation including but not limited to project reports, change orders, project schedules, staffing plans, budget, and sunset reviews.
  • Proactively manage project scope and identify dependencies among key projects that can determine workflow processes and modify task-based timeline.
  • Oversee project financial lifecycle including estimates, budget tracking, and monitoring project burn.
  • Responsible for performing project risk assessment and identifying issues and implementing agreed upon solutions.
  • Ensure projects are appropriately staffed, both employee and contract resources, and serve as resource to the team, guiding and providing feedback as needed.
  • Create program dashboards to update leadership on the status of all major projects.
  • Manage vendor/ contract resource relationships as needed, and serve as liaison and relationship manager between teams, vendors/ contract resources, and stakeholders.
  • Solve any staffing conflicts to ensure deliverables are sent on time and set up projects for success.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management including managing digital marketing projects end to end.
  • Experience working in the healthcare or healthcare insurance industry.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent understanding of project management methodology including ability to understand project details and determine impacts to the program.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a project team and inspire teamwork.
  • Demonstrable ability to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong follow through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize and organize workload and work on multiple projects.
  • Problem solving mindset with ability to focus on big picture and details to drive results.
  • Able to excel under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Program Manager should have full development lifecycle experience from scoping through delivery and can confidently navigate and prioritize business needs, resource management, schedules and financials to successfully navigate and deliver all aspects of the assignment.

What you’ll do:

  • Work | Deliver work that is excellent, on time, on budget, and goes beyond the brief. Oversee the entire delivery and execution of web development and digital projects. Identifies dependencies and the cascading impacts of delays. Communicates resource needs and partners with Resource Manager to consider availability across the office and network.
  • People | Motivate, direct and challenge teams to produce great work. Establish and manage cross-functional teams across different locations that are collaborative, efficient and high-functioning. Increase efficiency across a group of accounts through effective management of staff resourcing. Oversee staff aggregate bandwidth, utilization, and realization rates, as well as retention and employee relations. Provide solutions for additional temporary resources, new business pitch support, and PTO coverage.
  • Process | Establish and manage project/program communication and process. Exhibit expertise in agile and waterfall process, and coach team members on agency process. Leverage existing tools and processes to monitor people and progress. Collaborate with Project and Delivery Leads to ensure the right resources are in place to deliver the work. Managing delivery via tools like Jira and Confluence at expert level.
  • Financials | Responsible for project estimation, planning and profitability. Build detailed project plans that map to project estimates. Collaborate with Delivery Leads and Project Management Leadership for resourcing and scoping strategy across portfolio/project, partnering with finance and account teams.

  • Experience adapting project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Kanban) to the needs of the project.
  • Conscientious and adept at problem-solving through critical thinking.
  • Experience leading team and client meetings.
  • Strong collaboration skills between people, processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Understands business objectives and can translate into creative terms to inform page layout, design and build approach.
  • Provides digital governance to ensure the brand is represented accurately and consistently per the core style guide standards within all editorial creative concepts.
  • Manages the process for creating or updating brand style guides used to inform item-level photo approach.
  • Ensures creative and guest experience excellence is achieved.
  • Organizes and leads cross functional meetings as needed.
  • Effectively removes roadblocks and deliver solutions to move the work forward.
  • Proofs completed pages to ensure that pages are built accurately, represent the approved creative design/concepts and function properly.
