CACI's Mastodon Design team is looking for a full time Program Manager to oversee and manage contractual, technical, and schedule performance for DOD and International contracts.

More About The Role

  • Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality
  • Ensure team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members
  • Maintain coordination with the COR and Government PM, keeping them informed of relevant contract related information especially risks and issues and the associated resolution plans and status.
  • Ensure production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively
  • Coordinate resolution of production-related problems
  • Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services.
  • Schedule and manage all major program review

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Business, Financial, Management, or Engineering discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing DOD/Government Programs
  • Demonstrated experience presenting briefings to customer management, and customer stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient at coordinating and managing proposals to include both Technical and Cost Volumes.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have

  • Prior experience in Electronic Warfare systems
  • Demonstrated experience managing IDIQ programs with multiple active task orders using various contract types.
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs delivering technologically complex radio solutions.
  • Demonstrated 5 or more years of experience with management of DOD
  • PMP certification
  • Prior experience in engineering and operations/manufacturing environment with RF related DoD products
  • Prior experience managing radio development programs

The opportunity

The role of the IT Business Continuity Program Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and testing EY Technology’s business continuity program. The manager will support all business plan activities necessary to enable EY Technology to manage a crisis event as well as meet compliance requirements for BCP planning. The position’s primary goals will be to identify, document and test business needs against the IT infrastructure and identify recovery strategies and gaps.

Your Key Responsibilities

The IT Risk Management function creates and maintains EY Technologies’ risk management framework, processes, tooling, and strategy. Our primary objectives are to enable EY Technology to build a risk-aware culture, reduce IT risk, defend against internal and external threats, and protect client and EY data.

As an Associate Director leading the Business Continuity Management team, you will oversee the management of business continuity across EY Technology including the engagement of firm leadership, the management/remediation of information and technology risks, the interface to operational and business risk activities. You will partner closely with Global IT Risk Management leader to execute on the vision, strategy, goals, and objectives for IT Risk Management. The primary objectives for this role are to develop, maintain, and implement IT business continuity strategies and solutions including risk assessments, business impact assessments, and documentation of business continuity procedures and to act as a coordinator for business continuity efforts during and after a disruption event.

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Serves as a point of escalation for IT business continuity for the firm
  • Work with all functional business areas to develop and maintain an IT Business Continuity program that addresses business recovery and emergency response management
  • Support the Director of ITRM in aligning all BCP planning, initiatives and goals with organizational goals and Infrastructure capabilities
  • Identify and make recommendations for change and adaptation to meet the needs of the business
  • Analyze impact on, and risk to, essential business functions or information systems to identify acceptable recovery time periods and resource requirements
  • Prepare research reports on business continuity leading practices and recommendations for implementation
  • Build and maintain Business Continuity and Business Recovery plans:
  • Develop and execute the maintenance and testing programs for all business continuity plans:
  • Facilitate and support the execution of the plans at the time of a crisis event
  • Lead team of analysts who execute on Business Impact Assessments
  • Identify improvements to BIA processes, procedures, and tooling
  • Develop training materials on Business Continuity and Business Impact Assessment subject areas
  • Define education and awareness plan and execute
  • Develop training plan for staff and key stakeholders on BCP and BIA
  • Train staff and managers on risk management and disaster recovery steps

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • An in-depth understanding of ISO 22301, 27002, ISO 27001, ISO 31000 frameworks and applying these frameworks
  • 10 or more years of experience in the Information Technology, Information Security and/or IT Risk Management field(s)
  • 5+ years managing business continuity within an organization
  • An advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • One or more of the following or equivalent certifications preferred: Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Processional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) in related area, CIPP, CIPT
  • Experience with RSA Archer
  • In partnership with the Global IT Risk Management Leader, drive adoption of industry leading risk management practices
  • Familiarity with local and regional regulatory requirements and how they impact IT policies
  • Experience in developing and executing reporting strategies

Key Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with regulatory status requirements of Small and Large Quantity Generators, such as RCRA, DOT etc;
  • Requires sitting, standing, walking, puling and/or pushing, stooping and crouching;
  • Requires lifting, carrying, grasping, speaking and listening.

The OSP(outside plant) Project Manager will be in the field up to 10% of the time in the local Rochester NY area. They will be working with the Engineers to help put data from them into Sharepoint. This data that is collected from the Engineers will then need to be reported to the State of New York to make sure they are getting all of the surveys done by the time the deadline hits. This person will be running the calls with the State of New York every week. They will be also traveling out into the field to take pictures of the work as well so they can report it back to the state. They will also be in charge of all of Sharepoint, so all of Frontier can look into the work that was done in the past in an orderly fashion.

Key Qualities

Great organization skills –Excel experience - pivot tables and graphing

High level communication skills – They will be main point person for dealing with NYS DPS regulatory and legal teams

Can read and gain a high level of understanding of National Electric codes and standards and apply to the CLEC applications

Be able to lead meetings with 3rd party attatchers

Follow up and make sure time lines are met

Manage other vendors work and be lead for work flow to these vendors.

Report back on time lines and if things are falling behind come up with plans to get things in line with state mandated time lines

Can work with others – They need to have soft skills to get people to perform. They will work with a large range of people both internal and external. They will be representing Frontier and need to be professional.

Understand Google maps – this is simple so if they do not know we can teach them this.
