Perficient currently has a career opportunity for an Oracle EBS/Cloud Senior Project Manager in our Oracle National Business unit.

The Oracle EBS Project Manager will have complete responsibility for the day-to-day management of the engagement, including all aspects related to managing our consulting team, resulting in a successful delivery and a satisfied, reference-able client.

Responsibilities

  • Understand complexities of a large ERP program and provide guidance for the development teams. .
  • Negotiate scope, schedule, and funding with external IT and business partners.
  • Establish common goals across multiple teams, and define useful metrics and reporting to track team performance.
  • Manage milestones across multiple teams.
  • Lead team through the completion of all phases of the project.

Qualifications

  • Business acumen to understand industry trends and transform them into a business need for the client
  • Must have successfully managed a minimum of 3 full lifecycle Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects
  • Must have managed Oracle Cloud projects.
  • Experience planning and executing detailed activities related to business requirements development; Conference Room Pilot (CRP) testing cycles, system integration testing , end user training and detailed cut-over planning
  • Experience in management of project activities for a team of consultants and other implementation specialists who interface with the client organization during the delivery of a project
  • Familiar with project governance best practices in the areas of issue, change and risk management
  • Previous experience in planning and execution of the activities required to deliver project scope within schedule and budget constraints
  • Project management experience leading diverse project teams and interfacing with C-level executives
  • Former management of client expectations in meeting project deliverables and ensures overall satisfaction with the company’s performance
  • Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 7-10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area

About the Role

The Infrastructure Project Manager is primarily responsible for all Merger and Acquisition activities, including forecasting and managing all parts of the infrastructure transition including budgeting all the way through integration. This role will project manage the end-user integration strategy and early business application enablement for all acquisitions and divestitures across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Works with functional leaders to help manage the migration activities in spaces such as mobility, printers, unified collaboration, workstations, and conference rooms.
  • Documents and maintains current project development reports, meeting minutes, decisions, progress reports, schedules, budgets, cost tracking reports, and other pertinent records.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact with external vendor representatives and functional consultants on overall strategic and technical project matters.
  • Tracks and compiles project information and prepares status reports for management.
  • Leads meetings and due diligence behind the scenes in order to make all integration goals and compliance deadlines.
  • Utilizes project management methodology and associated tools to coordinate and ensure projects within a program are conducted in accordance with project management methodology.
  • Understands and supports the organization’s policies, procedures, processes, goals, and objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working directly with end-users.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Demonstrated infrastructure background with familiarity in areas such as PC Remediation/Refresh, Networks, Mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, AD Migration, and Licensing.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate changes, risks, and progress with management.
  • Demonstrated project management knowledge.
  • Knowledge of formal PMI-based project methodologies.
  • Previous experience with application development installations in a larger enterprise environment.
  • Good communication, planning, and overall organizational skills.
  • Experience with project productivity tools such as MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred.
  • CAPM (or PMP), ITIL certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel.

Overview:

The purpose of this position is to drive process redesign through identifying areas needing improvement, collaborating with the proper stakeholders and influencing the team to define a solution.   • Previous experience directly managing a project team
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Previous experience in a Financial Institution or Banking atmosphere is required
  • PMP and Agile (Scrum/ JIT) Certifications are preferred

The Global Strategy & Design Program Manager sits within our Global Service Delivery & Planning team, the service design arm of the global CommOps program. This role will work with various teams in CommOps and Product to shape the ways we interact with customers across Mobility and Delivery services, globally. This involves understanding the customer experience for each trip or order and customer journey on the Uber platform end to end. As a program manager, you will take an active role in the formation of strategy and lead work streams/programs to execute on the aligned strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Help craft Uber's customer care strategy and support for the future
  • Help identify operational gaps and improve or pioneer processes to drive efficiency across support operations
  • Develop in-depth understanding of customer experience by incorporating quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Develop executive-level communications and presentations for Uber’s leadership
  • Run analysis and develop strategic insights in globe-spanning projects to enable Uber’s leadership decision-making
  • Collaborate within the team and other functional teams across regions to consolidate different viewpoints, clarify problem statements, identify strategy, and develop high-impact solutions

Basic Qualifications

Job Overview

As an IT Technical Project Manager focused on Information Technology systems (Collaboration, Infrastructure, Video) you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, versatile initiatives that affect the entire company. You will partner with Information Technology delivery teams and internal business teams to deliver projects and programs enabling our client to scale. You will not only have strong TPM experience, but also demonstrated expertise with project implementation from SaaS applications to M&A or managed services, you will help accelerate delivery of technical projects at scale by guiding teams, making data-driven decisions, managing risks, and communicating with executives and partners. Project managers are masters at managing multiple projects at the same time and you are equally comfortable in a roomful of executives as you are with hashing out complex technical project details.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Structure, kick-off, and run time-bound projects within and beyond the IT organization by clarifying priorities, driving the execution of deliverables, defining project process flows, providing clear and effective communication
  • Manage requirements documentation, milestone mapping, prioritization, and communication to facilitate project collaboration
  • Take a hands-on and proactive approach to unblock progress and introduce efficiencies with the ability to employ both a strategic focus, as well as a tactical approach while keeping the big picture in mind. Anticipate and mitigate risks
  • Build and maintain alignment across multiple teams for keeping a focus on execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
  • Monitor project status and rapidly identify issues / risks. Succinctly communicate issues to relevant stakeholders and proactively collaborate to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide clear and crisp transparency to the status and progress of initiatives at all levels of the organization including leading Steer Co’s with key stakeholders
  • Own the successful delivery of our AI Chatbot across bavrious business units
  • Communicate risks, expectations, and timelines to stakeholders and management
  • Maintain compliance with IT and security policies and procedures
  • Experience working on a new team with ambiguity and changing responsibilities

What You Will Need To Succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management in a cloud, modern IT organization with a focus on collaboration and infrastructure platforms (for example Slack, AWS, etc..)
  • Experience proactively leading programs / initiatives with ambiguous scope. Works with a variety of team sizes across multiple organizations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; experience effectively communicating and presenting to teams located across different locations and people ranging from individual team members to VP-level executives
  • Strong technical aptitude / affinity; experience working hand-in-hand with business systems’ technical owners, configuration administrators, software engineers, configuration administrators, quality and test engineers and/or business process owners
  • Experience with project management tools (Smartsheets is a plus)
  • Self-starter – able to work well in an ambiguous and constantly changing, fast paced environment
  • An ability to distill complex issues into solvable and actionable tasks
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment with a high rate of change
