Job Description

We are looking for a client-facing Senior Project Manager, experienced at managing and delivering marketing projects from launch to completion. Supporting our leading clients, you will become a part of a cross functional consulting & execution team that completes projects on time and exceeds our clients' expectations. You will manage multiple concurrent projects and diverse teams to meet our clients' strategic media network goals. Working with client services and cross functional team members, you will meticulously organize and keep your projects moving forward from the front lines, updating key partners about progress and overcoming all the inevitable hurdles along the way. You will work closely with a Retail Media Network client as part of our New Stream Media capability.

You Will

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across internal and client teams
  • Provide programmatic support to team leads, ensuring that strategic goals are met
  • Create project plans and revise to meet changing requirements and deadlines
  • Oversee project detail as well as provide high level, programmatic oversight
  • Lead status meetings: capture & distribute meeting notes and keep meetings focused an on-topic
  • Evaluate new work requests, identify resources needed, assign individual responsibilities, and schedule action items
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to key team members
  • Be a point of escalation for all issues and changes to existing plans
  • Coordinate internal reviews and quality assurance. Keep track of lessons learned and share with all team members
  • Participate in brainstorming strategy sessions to develop processes and workflows to align with client goals
  • Contribute to the evolution of the project management discipline; defining, documenting, and implementing processes and iterating as needed
  • Report into the Program Director

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading digital marketing projects/programs within an interactive or digital marketing agency
  • Experience tracking and managing budgets
  • Media background, Retail Media Network background a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience using project management software
  • Proficiency in all aspects of project management process groups (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, closing)

About The Role

As Higround's Creative Projects Manager you will be working closely with the Creative Director and Director of Product Development to create beautiful gaming hardware products, apparel, and creative projects. You will assist in managing creative projects across products, social, and collaborations. Previous experience with team and project leadership within a rapid production environment will be a critical skill.

Requirements

  • BFA in Design, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience in design at a creative agency or inhouse brand

  • Mastery in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and proficiency in 3D modeling tools such as Blender required

Our client, a major entertainment network is looking for a Marketing Project Manager for their Design Management team. This is a remote freelance position for 4 months with potential to extend for the right person. Must be able to work PST hours if located in another time zone.

The Job

You will lead further operational success and strategy for the reporting, tracking, and fulfillment of image assets across the global platform. The role will work directly to the Sr. Manager, International and Sr. Manager, Reporting to pull global content lists and integrate them into our title reports, creating concise and detailed action lists for our global partner teams.

Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate has experience working with global teams, and a deep-level understanding of project management with an emphasis on generating detailed reports for cross-functional partners. Additionally, with direction from the Sr. Manager, International this role will work on cross-functional partnerships with our global creative teams, ensuring they have access to necessary assets for their work.
  • You will also work with the Sr. Manager, Reporting on specific projects related to the development and improvement of our existing Monday.com dashboards, ensuring greater visibility for teams working within these reports. The Daily Work on collating and adapting global content reports to the Monday.com dashboard tool.
  • Create customized content lists focused on upcoming titles to distribute to international operations and creative teams.

  • Support the Sr. Manager, International in tracking communication related to content, including providing visibility into the domestic team’s assets for cross-functional design purposes..

The Essentials

  • 3-4 years working with digital asset management platforms and associated reporting mechanisms, like Excel, Google Sheets, Monday.com, Trello, or other PM-related tools
  • 2-3 years Project Management experience, handling manual asset tracking through Google Sheets and other shared documentation
  • 2+ years experience with Marketing, or Acquisitions Marketing with an emphasis on global content
  • Familiarity with macros and formulas to integrate data sets into uniform tracking documentation
  • Experience working with film, TV, digital music, or related streaming platforms
  • Excellent writing, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including presenting in front of leadership

- Collaborate closely between our global creative team and our staffing partners to forecast contingent resourcing needs

- Liaise with HR Legal and Talent mobility to ensure compliance to corporate policies and practices

- Partner with People team to educate and train hiring managers on contingent workforce laws, strategy, and policies.

- Maintain database of current and upcoming assignments

- Support efficient onboarding and offboarding of contingent workers

Research Project Manager, Observer

As a Research Project Manager on Ipsos’ Observer team, you will manage online/quantitative projects while providing support on the day-to-day responsibilities associated with multiple and concurrent studies. You will work directly with clients, providing them with a high level of service while executing a variety tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Performs a combination of the following duties according to departmental guidelines:
