  • Works with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum or other frameworks across the organization.

  • Directs the work of Scrum team members and guides team in prioritizing work based upon knowledge of customer requirements, release schedule, and various dependencies.

  • Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) and other related certifications preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree specializing in computer science, project management, business administration, or information technology from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
  • Intermediate understanding of subject.

  • Engage with stakeholders both within the Bank and in System IT, technology support, and senior leadership to provides comprehensive project management oversight including scope, resource needs, and risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish scope, workstream , success criteria, and appropriate delivery model.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience ( 10+ years ) managing and driving large-scale technology projects/programs with a broad array of stakeholders , including senior leadership, across multiple organizations .
  • Experience managing large projects using both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies .
  • Experience with Project Management scheduling processes and tools (work breakdown structure, Project Plans, backlog creation and refinement, issue & risk management matrices , etc. ) .
  • Experience managing, tracking, and reporting at a broader program level .
  • Experience in vendor management processes and contract processes, including RFPs and proof-of-concepts .
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Project, PowerPoint , Word, Excel , SharePoint ) as well as Agile tooling such as Azure DevOps .
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment with project leadership .
  • Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field or at least 10 years of work experience in project management using waterfall and Agile (i.e. SCRUM, Kanban) methodologies .
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desired .
