We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Project Manager who will be responsible for driving the success of our cross-functional operational plan to hit our company goals. Our project managers are passionate problem solvers that maximize value for our organization and clients. The Project Manager plays an important, central, and highly cross-functional role to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule with extremely high quality.

Reporting to the VP of Project Management, you will be responsible for driving alignment across 13 cross-functional pods and projects. You should be a strategic thinker that likes to get your hands dirty. You should be ready to be the CEO of your projects and it will be up to you to enlist others in your vision to accomplish your goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of key cross-functional projects from conception to completion, directly tied to the company’s strategic goals
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the solutions for each project
  • Coordinate communication amongst a multitude of internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and manage business and project plans, monitor, support and communicate on the progress of projects
  • Prepare, maintain, and communicate project schedules and key documentation, including meeting notes and status updates
  • Manage risks, issues, and take corrective measurements
  • Drive cross-functional alignment; lead cross-functional meetings, set agendas, follow up on actions items, deliver next steps

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management or equivalent experience in technology, data, or online advertising
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize activities, advocate courses of action, pursue consistently to completion and clearly communicate results
  • Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, drawing conclusions based on data
  • Capable of identifying out-of-box alternative solutions and translating into actionable recommendations
  • Strong organizational, planning & time management skills
  • College degree preferred

Additionally, The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following

  • A whiz at Google docs, Confluence, JIRA, Project Management tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • Articulate both in person and on the phone; extremely comfortable in a client-facing environment
  • Strong team-orientation with the ability to develop relationships and influence cross-functional groups; very “customer-service” oriented
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Flexible and responsive to dynamic situations and changing priorities
  • Eagerness to get hands-on to figure out how things work
  • Entrepreneurial drive to build a project that will have a major impact on the company’s success; willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to help make projects and stakeholders successful
