US Tech Solutions is seeking a “Project manager - Securities and Lending” for a 6+ Months contract position with a client in New York, NY

Job Description/Position Responsibilities  

The Product Management team is strategically focused on developing and executing plans that will position the HNW Lending Business for continued revenue growth, first-class risk management, operational efficiency, and service excellence. The person in this role is responsible for driving a world class experience for MSWM Financial Advisors and Clients. They will have responsibility for leading initiatives that increase business growth, improve our competitiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Across the HNW Lending Products, manage the client and field experience
  • Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement Program leveraging client & field feedback, support teams, survey’s, complaints to organize and develop business cases for IT funding, service model changes or other potential solutions
  • Accountable for dealing with a variety of escalations from the field across every functional discipline with occasional client contact with PB’s and FA’s
  •  Provide business management oversight of partner teams including operations, credit and other teams to ensure performance and risks are properly being managed and client and field experience is maintained
  • Track and review issues raised by operational teams due to metric trends
  • Review metrics on a periodic basis to identify opportunities for improvement and issues areas
  • Assist in defining metrics and reporting in order to monitor success as new processes and product features are developed
  • Review partner teams service model changes and communication plans ensuring seamless transitions
  • Provide leadership within the HNW Lending Team projects understanding the direct and indirect impacts of strategic product launches developing communication and training approach considering segmentation strategy
  • Act as a consultant to product solutions leads providing best practices and developing innovative ideas to support strategic project launches
  • For each strategic project partner with sales and business development to align on sales strategy and maximize benefit of the product enhancement
  • Develop processes to gather and manage feedback across the various support teams
  • Review organizational readiness plans to ensure completeness  
  • Responsible for client facing materials, web content, client correspondence, statements, and online experience
  • Idea generation, strategy development and execution of initiatives that supporting business growth and increasing financial advisor participation and client penetration
  • Develop and manage digital strategy partnering with marketing team and segmentation
  • Develop and implement a more robust segmentation strategy including high touch platinum-type service for our biggest FAs and Clients;


  • 7 plus years of Securities Based Credit and Lending business, risk, or operations experience is required
  • Demonstrated success running and leading business improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Experience within a brokerage firm or bank providing securities based and margin loans are a plus
  • Experience working across various functional areas Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology and Operations are key
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
