Description du poste
Piper Maddox has been engaged on a confidential search by a top US Solar developer that builds, owns and operates utility-scale solar projects. They are one of the top solar producers in the US and a leader in energy systems and installations. Additionally, they offer financing, development, engineering, procurement, construction, and O&M services.
As a leader in the market, they are continually expanding their market presence and project pipeline. This company has installed over 1 GW of solar assets and has more than 3 GW in its development pipeline. This company is looking to continue this trend of being a leader in the solar market by expanding their Construction team.
This organization is looking for a personable and talented Project Manager to help ensure the successful delivery of their projects. This role is responsible for utility-scale sites in Virginia, this person will collaborate with the existing EPC team and consultants/contractors.
This is an amazing opportunity to join a leading developer of Solar projects that considers itself an “authentic family business” as they prioritize family and sustainable growth over becoming the biggest and best player in the industry. You’ll have the flexibility and autonomy to create your own processes, and will be exposed to the senior leadership’s decision-making process.
This opportunity is located in Virginia – Relocation is not required but you’d need to be comfortable with consistent travel if working remotely.
- Experience driving full-cycle solar project management
- Experience with utility scale projects, ideally 20mw+
- Ability to successfully work independently in a collaborative environment
- Experience managing subcontractors
