Meet Our Team

The Client Success Strategy and Operations team is a partner to CS leadership and the CS field, tasked to maintain strategic alignment across regions in the execution of enablement and onboarding, knowledge management and communication, strategic transformation and regional operational support.

You are knowledgeable and passionate about Client Success and want to make an impact on the overall Client Success strategy at Pega. In your role as Global Project Manager, you will be driving cross-organizational Client Success strategic initiatives which have a pre-requisite a close alignment with several internal Pega organizations such as Sales, Consulting, Support and more. If you are very well structured, like collaborating across teams and regions and want to define what “best-in-class” for Client Success means, this is the ideal role for you!

What You'll Do At Pega

  • Drive effective Client Success transformation Initiatives, considering Industry Benchmark Standards
  • Execute on the outcome of the Client Success Initiatives – e.g. develop and roll out dashboards / develop client facing handbooks and launch external client facing activities
  • Align with Client Success Directors and VPs, as well as with cross-functional teams on the goals, roadmap, timeline and KPIs for each initiative
  • Create annual Client Success project roadmaps to support the Client Success strategy
  • Partner with Client Success, Sales, Consulting, Support, HR and other Pega internal teams to build strong cross organizational partnerships to achieve results

Who You Are

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly explain complex issues to both individual contributors and executives
  • Strong leadership skills to create and communicate a vision for Client Success Organization
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Strong experience in assessing and managing project risk, and driving tactical objectives in an innovative, dynamic and fast-paced IT organization
  • Experience in financial analysis and analytics with respect to consulting and professional services business
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, proactivity, and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Flexibility/Adaptability – The ability to change direction based upon team and stakeholder consensus.
  • Ability to effectively influence cross functional working groups

What You've Accomplished

  • BA/BS Degree in Management or Computer Science
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in high tech, with a minimum of 3 years in an Operations or Program/Engagement leadership role preferably in a global environment
  • PMI or comparable certification preferred, but not required
