Program Manager 2 - Credit Execution

Job Description

Nordstrom is looking for a Program Manager 2 - Credit Execution to project manage the execution and delivery of key Nordstrom Credit product strategies to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success for Nordstrom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the execution schedules and delivery of credit projects that drive increased customer acquisition, activation, and card utilization and ensure project deliverables meet strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with TD Bank partners and with cross-functional partners across the organization, such as Loyalty Operations, Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Risk, Legal, and Product Management, to define and align on business, tech, risk, and operational requirements while meeting key milestones and timelines.
  • Partner with Data & Analytics to ensure business requirements are fully met through the segmentation process and participate in the data validation process.
  • Partner with Loyalty Operations on the set up, launch, and fulfillment of promotional offers.
  • Identify contingency plans where needed to mitigate any risks and remediate incidents in partnership with multiple teams as required.
  • Report validation of implementations to various stakeholders across TD bank and Nordstrom.
  • Contribute to the analysis of project results by sharing key operational data and learnings.
  • Participate in the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning efforts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field or equivalent required.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management and leading through influence in complex fast-paced environments with progressively larger responsibility.
  • Experience in payments a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with business leaders, vendors and peers through effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Can anticipate and adapt to new situations and/or changing demands and respond proactively to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity by creating structure, process, and prioritization.
