We’re seeking a Sr. Program Manager to help Hinge Health operate and advance an innovative participant engagement program. This person will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality experience to the program participants, developing operational processes and tools to scale the program, and supporting its strategic and marketing advancements.

What Your Roles & Responsibilities Are

  • Deliver a high-quality end-to-end experience to the program participants
  • Lead cross-functionally to address operational and strategic challenges
  • Create processes and tools to support program growth
  • Support the development of strategic plan and marketing enhancements

What We’re Looking For (competencies)

  • Program operations: Drive day-to-day operations to ensure that program participants are served and delighted.
  • Operational excellence: Adept at assessing operational issues and developing processes and tools to address the “true” problems
  • Strong communication skills: Build and manage the communication with internal stakeholders and with participants within the program.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Engage and influence stakeholders/partners to drive strategy and advance execution of the program
  • Commercial experience: Comfortable participating in commercial conversations and describing program values to internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer service: Experience working with clients in a high-touch model, in the health care or hospitality fields.
  • Problem solving & analytical skills: Adept at finding creative solutions & executing on timely resolution. Ability to drive meaningful insights & program improvements through the use of data.
