Description du poste
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out the necessary daily tasks to keep a HR project on track. This individual in this role handles administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep a project centered around the process for employee’s requiring visa sponsorship and Permanent Resident processing running smoothly. This will include working closely with the legal team, managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and maintaining communication to all parties.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Project coordination experience, ideally with some exposure to HR projects.
- High level of empathy and patience
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel
- Customer service centric with a sense of urgency
