Job Summary

GNS is searching for their new IT Project Manager to join its growing team! The role will support and manage the organization’s IT Services, work along side a hybrid onsite and offshore team. This person will have the benefit of expanding their career and experience in the fast paced, cutting edge, and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities And Expectations

Clearly outlines and communicates project scope and associated cross-functional roles and responsibilities required to successfully fulfill project’s objectives

Builds a working knowledge of IT Services for USN / GNS (corporate) organization and Affiliates Medical Practices.

Manage IT Services rollouts for new Medical Practices joining USN, serves as a liaison for vendors, Practices, and IT Services; Facilitates project team meetings.

Deploy and Support O365 Email solution, Phone (Mitel VOIP), Printer/Copier (Konica Minolta), Fax (eFax Hylafax) platform.

Coordinate website development and deployment and social media channels.

Assembles, motivates and manages cross-functional resources (internal and vendor) to achieve initiative goals, meet objectives and execute against timelines.

Collaborates with business stakeholders to capture the business need and technical requirements, translating business needs into technical design and partnering with the IT Infrastructure team and Vendor to evaluate, and recommend solutions.

Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical paths.

Monitor issues and risks that may affect the project deliverables. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.

Reviews deliverables prepared by team for quality and accuracy and provides constructive and professional feedback for continuous improvement.

Tracks progress against timeline, milestones and budget, revise as needed. Communicates project status by providing updates to peers and leadership as required.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience with IT Project Management and Services in the healthcare industry

BA / BS degree in Project Management, Information Technology

Familiarity with SDLC, Agile Methodology, O365 Email solution, Phone (Mitel VOIP), Printer/Copier (KonicaMinolta), Fax (eFax Hylafax)

SharePoint, Software Development, Website Development knowledge / experience

Vendor Management and basic triage of technical issues

Excellent client-facing skills and ability to communicate positively with team members, peers, and clients.
