We are seeking an individual who is passionate about Facebook's products and our mission, and is relentless in finding smarter, better, faster ways of getting things done. The core responsibilities of this role involve our internal systems ability to ingest and distribute video content across Facebook and Instagram. This person will work with internal stakeholders including Partner Engineering, Video Infra, and Content Strategy to ensure content is ingested efficiency and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the distribution of premium video content from partner to publication
  • Ensure content management systems are efficient and streamlined
  • Create strong cross-functional partnerships with Partner Engineering, Video Infra, Content Strategy, Product and other teams at Facebook to ensure smooth operations
  • Proactively understand and communicate the impact of system feature requests and operational efficiencies
  • Make data driven decisions to drive operational process improvements
  • Onboard and support A+ partners within our ecosystem

Minimum Qualification

  • 4+ years of experience in video content operations, content distribution, entertainment or related industries
  • Experience in fast paced and dynamic environments
  • Experience working on a large cross-functional team
  • Communication skills

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience with OTT and VOD specifications and industry standards
  • Experience at a studio, media company, social media, and/or at a video platform
