About the Role:

As the Senior Program Marketing Manager – ISV Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and delivering successful go-to-market strategies for our portfolio of ISV solutions and partner with Product Management in the optimization and growth of the portfolio. Your role is to be at the forefront of building and growing an industry leading network of integrated solutions that enhance and extend the customer’s experience with Epicor. A key enabler to our ISV Partner Program will be the programmatic solutions you will develop and manage – including our programmatic offerings and a sales enabling marketplace

You will work with Product Management to define and implement a strategy derived from existing ideas and help to develop new ideas based on your experience, ongoing market research, and your contact with customers and analysts. You will work with sales and industry marketing to define the go-to-market strategic imperatives, helping them understand the Marketplace messaging and positioning, business scenarios, key benefits, and target customer. You will drive program and product launches where needed to ensure organization-wide readiness for launch and successfully build momentum for new solutions.

The ideal candidate is an ambassador for our ISVs and their solutions, who sees and can articulate the value of an ISV ecosystem in the enterprise. You embrace ecosystems and partner networks and evangelize their benefits and impacts on business. What You’ll Do:

  • Enhance, extend and optimize— our ISV partner programs
  • Help to create and enable solutions for commerce —on the marketplace
  • Monitor and promote Marketplace as a one-stop-shop —through integrated marketing activities
  • Lead go to market content development for Marketplace listings —in collaboration with strategic ISVs, creatively connecting product functionality to meaningful benefits to customers while differentiating the solutions in the industries we serve
  • Promotion and strategic bundling of ISV solutions —to promote customer acquisition and growth
  • Support and drive the creation of product marketing plans —to engage with the US developer community, energize and grow a market-leading developer ecosystem
  • Launch products and releases where applicable —develop supporting content, align sales objectives to marketing plans, deliver sales training, and ensure organizational readiness
  • Sales enablement —communicate the value proposition of the products to the Sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of channel and/or enterprise software marketing or equivalent is preferred
  • A programmatic and operational mindset that enables optimization and positive engagement.
  • Ability to drive collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups in global environment
  • Go to market knowledge and skills to promote the ISV program and marketplace and assist ISVs with GTM efforts
  • Ability to deliver and communicate the value proposition of the products and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products and offerings
  • A desire to understand business challenges facing customers and the ability to align Epicor solutions that drive better business value outcomes

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • Pragmatic Marketing certification (or other product marketing training)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, “get it done” environment that requires both strategic thinking as well as tactical execution
  • Experience in marketing enterprise SaaS solutions, especially related to channel partner solutions
