Consultis, a premier Technical Solutions Provider and IT Staffing Firm with the single focus of pairing the right candidate with the right employment opportunity is currently searching for a Sr. Project Manager for a Contract opportunity with our South Florida based client.

Position Overview

You will be working with the Digital Experience Project Management Office (PMO) team and be providing project management leadership for medium to large initiatives which have technology and business impact to the company. You will be fully responsible for coordination of numerous resources and tasks cross-functionally to ensure proper delivery of project timelines. You must adhere to the Project Management Framework while helping to improve its practices along the journey.

This Sr. Project Manager will be supporting a Digital Transformation program and the business in defining the business cases, benefits to be gained and then derive the scope, schedule and budget necessary to deliver the implementation of security and technology related projects from initiation through closing.

    • Successful track record with holding project teams accountable for deliverables
    • Skilled in creating clarity in complex discussions and expedite decisions quickly
    • Understanding of technical and business audiences and how to communicate with them
    • Ability to develop KPIs and measurable business benefits and ensure proper tracking and reporting to measure project success

Required Qualification Or Skills

    • At least 4 years of experience working in a PMO
    • Salesforce knowledge and SaaS implementation/integration projects experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in management information systems, business administration or a related field
    • Two to four years of experience managing medium to large size technical, operational and business projects, with varying complexity
    • Partners with Business Owners, team members and other key personnel across various departments to develop and maintain technology, business improvement, and organizational readiness projects
    • Facilitate requirements elaboration of the business problem with business units to ensure a clear understanding of the problem and business vision is defined with quantifiable measures
    • Ensure project plans and related activities support key organization business objectives
    • Facilitate appropriate communication methods and tracking tools to ensure identification and management of risks, mitigation strategies, plan activities, dependencies, impacts, escalation channels, financial budget and detailed project documentation
    • Serves as primary point of contact for project team
    • Resolve project issues to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction expectations
    • Develop, lead, and execute organization readiness activities, including clear and detailed plans or checklists for testing, communications, training, technical cutover, go-live, and post go-live support
    • Responsible for overseeing and consolidating overall project status reporting to executive management and project teams
    • Evaluate, negotiate, and prioritize work requests for effective resource management
    • Contribute to, support, and promote identification of best practices, and use of all project management tools, techniques, and methodologies within PMO
    • Responsible for adhering to all relevant PMO policies and procedures.
    • Support and assist team members in process improvements.

Additional Nice To Have Skills (A PLUS)

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing
    • Agile certifications such as: Scrum Master or PMI-ACP
    • Salesforce knowledge and implementation experience
