Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Agile Coach to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science and machine learning.

What Youll Do

  • Coach 2 - 5 agile teams located in Germany and the US
  • Coach and partner with managers and leaders
  • Work with a team of agile coaches to catalyze culture change
  • Create training materials and train individuals and teams on diverse topics from agile and self-organizing to giving and receiving feedback
  • Facilitate cross-organizational project retrospectives, root cause analyses, and workshops

Summary

The Onboarding Project Manager is responsible for managing the successful onboarding of Workiva customers. The role of the Onboarding Project Manager is to manage the onboarding process and ensure the customer sees value as soon as possible. He/she is responsible for onboarding new customers at Workiva by working closely with Customer Success Managers, Client Onboarding Associates, Solution Architects, and Sales Representatives. The Onboarding Project Manager is the main point of contact throughout the onboarding phase and is the leader of onboarding efforts from beginning to completion.

Responsibilities

Manages the implementation process of onboarding customers to Wdesk

Acts as the point person by communicating and coordinating all onboarding activities with customer and providing direction to the internal implementation team

Develops the project plan for each implementation

Determines key performance indicators while maintaining schedule and scope

Responsible for executing project plans on time and consulting with stakeholders and providing direction to the implementation team when timelines change

Collaborates with internal teams to schedule deliverables and ensure project success

Identifies project gaps and makes recommendations to improve the onboarding process

Determines and manages program risks effectively

Answers customer questions and guides them to a successful implementation of Wdesk

Communicates strategic milestones to customers and internal stakeholders

How You’ll Be Rewarded

  • Base Pay Range in Colorado: $67,000 - $90,000
  • A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
  • Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
  • Monthly phone stipend

The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.

About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop quotes for new/additional services customer may require in collaboration with Sales & Legal teams

  • Keep high satisfaction and ensure customer stability, while driving MRR goals
  • Present new product functionality, engage customer in evaluation of new product releases
  • Provide feedback to Acronis Product Management teams based on customer requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical hands-on experience in 3 or more of the following areas – SaaS, IaaS, storages, hypervisors, backup, disaster recovery, DC/infrastructure design/operations, DBs administration, Rest API, Python scripting, automation, dashboards/reports
  • 3+ years in Project Manager or Technical Account Manager role in a software or systems integration company
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent business analysis, project, risk, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to interact and communicate with multiple stakeholders, including C-level
  • Fluent written and spoken English language (French, German or Spanish is a plus)

This high-impact individual contributor role requires collaborative leadership skills with proven track record in pursuits, sales and change management; coupled with the ability to influence successfully in a highly matrixed environment. The role will be a critical part of the HQ Pursuit Strategy and Governance Team and servicing the Americas Time Zone.

Responsibilities

This position needs someone who will:

Coach and Enable core pursuit processes, methodologies, and business capability

  • Drive close alignment with HQ, Americas Regional Business leadership and our broader organization, Industry Solutions: build credible trusted advisor relationships to help our Country teams expand customer relationships win more services business and influence consumption growth.
  • Coach and advise pursuit lead and pursuit lead management to achieve personal role success, pursuit discipline maturity improvement and achieve more as OneMicrosoft with focus, clarity, and intentionality.
  • Improve global pursuit & sales strategies, programs, and initiatives by being the conduit/liaison to and from the pursuit strategy & governance team.
  • Influence the needs and priorities of the Global Pursuit Organization (GPO) on enablement requirements aligned with sales priorities at the Region and Country Level. Activities (blended where necessary) using our Quarterly Planning framework.
  • Capture and share best practice learnings for feedback to relevant stakeholders and HQ sales and pursuit enablement Teams.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of Area Enablement Plans for Sales & Pursuit In partnership with Sales Enablement to maximize the use of corporate resources and minimize randomization.

  • Develop a best practice approach to consistent onboarding for pursuit lead and manager roles. Qualifications
