Responsibilities:

  • Owns and guides multiple scrum teams of a portfolio of technology-driven initiatives supporting multiple lines of business units/LOBs.
  • Responsible for facilitating all team level ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
  • Responsible for representing teams in Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs.
  • Responsible for all the enterprise permit requirements and materiality assessments. Owns and manages multiple initiatives at the enterprise level working with multiple non agile PMOs in supporting permit needs.

Required Skills:

  • Must have a proven track record of serving as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience facilitating dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the teams.
  • Ability to promote and facilitate communication and collaboration within the agile team to support value delivery and Sprint commitments.
  • Proven ability to provide visibility into the agile team’s delivery plans and progress against plan to stakeholders.
  • Experience enabling the teams to become high performing through collaboration and relentless focus on continuous improvement including cross-skilling across the team.
  • Proven ability to measure team delivery, maturity, and performance and reviews metrics with the team to identify improvement opportunities.

Desired Skills:

  • Scrum, sprint planning, burn-down and velocity reporting, backlog prioritization, retrospectives
  • Ability to communicate with both business and technology partners effectively
  • Jira is highly preferred.

About the Opportunity

The Facilities Management has an immediate opening for an Associate Project Manager – Facilities. The Project Coordinator will provide day to day coordination, expertise, and direction on small to large-scale complex projects.

They will take an active role in ensuring the safe construction practices are being used. The Project Coordinator will track and report progress on construction activities, manage the end user activities associated with onboarding and offboarding of contractor personnel and manage small projects to learn project management process. This position offers potential growth into project manager positions.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate between project managers, on-site law enforcement and operations to move construction personnel and materials to various job sites within the Federal Reserve complex. Provides temporary escort as required for short-term contractor needs.
  • Function as onsite liaison and central point of contact by facilitating communications between project management, critical operations, contractors, vendors, internal construction team and customers as needed.
  • Coordinates daily with contractors/vendors to ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with approved contracts, specifications, and schedules.
  • Serves as a liaison with project management or operations teams reporting on inspections, progress, RFIs, change orders and delays.
  • Coordinate efficient movement of contractor personnel and materials in to and out of the building while ensuring building security protocols are followed
  • Offers varying levels of project management oversight and directly influences activities on business-critical projects from the conceptual phase through solution implementation and project close
  • Serves as a single point-of contact for and interfaces with all areas affected by projects
  • Uses industry-standard best practices in order to assure delivery of project goals, objectives, milestones and deliverables, as well as compliance with all project management processes
  • Manages all aspects of small to medium-scale projects, from start to finish, to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Develops, maintains, and distributes standard project management deliverables, providing advice throughout entire project life cycle
  • Prioritizes requirements and defines scope within written project plan Aligns project deliverables and milestones with department strategy, goals, and objectives Keeps leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results Facilitates project conference calls, status meetings, and planning sessions
  • Assigns work to project team members to ensure highest possible efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identifies project barriers and resolves issues throughout course of project Serves as single point of contact for stakeholders and all areas affected by the project

Qualifications:

  • 0 to 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • HS diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Broad knowledge of construction processes, construction safety and applicable national, state, and local code requirements
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents
  • Excellent ability to identify and pursue multiple initiatives concurrently, and solve problems effectively
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office along with various other software applications as needed for the role
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Highly proficient in oral and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to ask penetrating questions, identify unstated assumptions, and resolve conflicts
  • Fundamental knowledge of Project Management methodologies and industry best practices

Job Description

Negotiates, structures, underwrites, and closes equity and debt investments that utilize Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credits (HTC), and/or New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) programs in market areas serviced by U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation (USBCDC). Manages relationships with customers and internal Production and/or Syndications Business Development Officers in negotiating terms of investment. Engages third party professionals (attorneys, accountants, etc.) in coordinating the drafting, collection, and review of documents and financial projections necessary to close the investments. Coordinates with portfolio managers in preparing and funding initial closing funds and transition investment to the portfolio management and asset/fund management departments for ongoing maintenance and management. Participates in the establishment of policies and procedures necessary for accomplishing the group's tasks.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and six or more years of related experience

OR

  • MBA/JD with three or more years of directly related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough understanding of tax credit investment management and knowledge of regulatory and company risk policies
  • Strong knowledge of construction finance, legal documentation and requirements, real estate property management, and accounting
  • General real estate development and/or property management background preferred
  • Some knowledge of LIHTC, RETC, HTC and/or NMTC preferred

About The Opportunity

As a key member of the National Procurement Office, you will provide expertise and direction on small to large-scale complex IT or technology-based projects. What You Will Do:

  • Provide oversight, direction and leadership to the supplier enablement and catalog management teams

  • Assist in creating and driving the strategic direction of the team, NPO department and System Procurement community

Job Description

Implementation project managers (IPMs) are assigned to work with various clients to establish a variety of payment programs. Programs range from various types of physical cards to virtual programs where physical cards may not be present. IPMs are client facing and also have various internal stakeholder groups that they regularly interact with to complete implementations.

Responsibilities Include

  • Owning client relationships from completed sale through successful implementation.
  • Consulting with clients on their implementation goals, objectives, and program setup.
  • Advocating for clients throughout the entire onboarding/implementation process.
  • Holding weekly status update meetings with the client and representatives from stakeholder groups that are involved in the implementations
  • Championing project management by coordinating with internal groups as well as the client to ensure timelines are met, issues are communicated, and questions are answered
  • Resolving issues and escalating issues beyond span of control
  • Creating, managing, and updating project plans to ensure implementations are on track for milestone achievements
  • Preparing weekly meeting agenda and minutes

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities
