An Analytics and Date Project Manager plays a critical role in planning and executing high-impact client and brand analysis and the development of new processes that are key to our market value proposition. Responsibilities

  • Project manage critical brand analyses and program insights, investigations, etc to estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources.
  • You will communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding the project scope, schedule, risks, mitigation strategies, status, and expectations.
  • You will assist the organization-wide PMO in establishing project management best practices across practice areas.
  • Gather data/metrics and observations to identify obstacles and drive for improvement. Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities. Drive results proactively.
  • You will utilize project and program management methodologies and tools to support project and program execution with the flexibility to adjust for client specific needs and expectations.
  • Develop & deploy scalable tools that allow increased analytical self-service across operational footprint, leveraging existing Microsoft technology platforms.
  • You will facilitate internal collaboration, teamwork and project resourcing to meet commitments and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Project Manager or a TPM in a software / SaaS development environment.
  • Familiarity with Project management tools and processes.
  • Experience with Power BI, Microsoft T-SQL, SQL & Microsoft BI Tools - Waterfall Project Management & Agile exposure.
  • Waterfall PM, agile exposure
  • Solid Experience with Microsoft BI Suite (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
  • Proficiency in SQL Database / Datawarehouse design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional emotional intelligence. Ability to influence and motivate people across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships.
  • You have a strong business acumen and organization leadership skills; assertive and diplomatic; self-directing; able to manage up and down the organization with influence; willing to hold others accountable.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, without losing sight of the highest priority items.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services
  • Knowledge of Tableau is a plus
  • Strong technical, analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive decisions.
  • Ability to understand complex concepts and make reasoned decisions objectively.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional experience related to product development or program management.

  • Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Microsoft’s paid search advertising platform enables clients to link relevant ads to search queries in a dynamic, real-time modified second price auction. The Network Management team within Microsoft Advertising is helping to power the monetization engine for Microsoft’s and third-party publishers’ online search services. We have a broad responsibility for network quality and policy, business planning and forecasting, performance management including delivering operational insights, and monetization programs all of which are critical to ensuring the long-term health of our paid search business. We are currently seeking a Sr.Program Manager in the Monetization Programs team who will focus on driving Product Management, Analytics & Strategy across a portfolio of Microsoft’s advertising products. In this role you will work closely with Engineering, Product Marketing, Finance and other partner teams. You will dive into heavy amounts of data and gain an understanding of levers that drive ad products, and how to drive customer adoption of the products. The Portfolio and Solutions (P&S) Team within Device Partner Sales (DPS) is looking for a highly motivated licensing business program manager with the charter of developing, implementing and managing partner licensing, programs and policies in support of DPS priorities. We are looking for someone to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across Microsoft and Partners, both cross-function and cross-business, and influence the direction and success of Device Partner Sales (DPS) organization. This role primarily supports current and the emerging IoT & edge to cloud scenarios; with the opportunity to lead other licensing initiatives for various Microsoft products as needed. The Senior Business Program Management role is accountable for the build out of end-to-end license framework creation to support new initiatives while maintaining and supporting partners on current licensing agreements.   • Experience constructing licensing frameworks, drafting agreements and partner/customer negotiations; familiarity with Microsoft licensing, or experience working in or with Microsoft partners is a plus.
  • Qualifications include 5+ years in technology industry/company bringing products or solutions to market.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Creative problem solving and entrepreneurial in your approach
  • Effective at managing and thriving in ambiguous situations to build out business solutions
  • Confident with an ability to work and build strong relationships, willing to take on big challenges, advocate a position, build a business case, and influence others
  • Interpersonal and conflict resolutions skills that include strong negotiation skills, able to drive alignment across many teams, and can function independently with success
  • Must be a person of integrity, capable of excellent judgement and decision-making skills, showing the utmost discretion in the management of confidential corporate information
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related fields e.g.: business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance
