  • Experience as lead point of contact on projects and programs.
  • Experience with the creative development process from reviews to delivery across a range of MarCom assets and workflows.
  • Experience in creative strategy and development, production, editorial, finishing and delivery/trafficking.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and planning.
  • Creative operations experience in setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and negotiation.
  • Experience working with a large, matrixed, global tech company, ideally with experience in a rapidly scaling department.
  • Experience building and optimizing systems, tools and standards that improve MarCom output within the organization.
  • Experience working as a cross-functional program lead within a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment.
  • Proven experience wrestling the most complex Marketing programs to order.
  • Successful mentor to more junior members of the team.

The PCM team is also involved in the early stages of service program development to ensure operational risks are identified early and are addressed before we launch and scale new experiences to our customers. This team will enable and empower our larger organization to assess, navigate, and implement new service opportunities and program changes effectively.The Program Manager position will be challenged with identifying innovative ways to combine deep expertise in our products with operational and analytical skills to scale processes that support millions of businesses. You will leverage relationships with internal teams and/or vendor support teams to help craft a unified vision of the biggest opportunity areas to improve the experiences of our stakeholders and will be responsible for project management to ensure the vision is fully executed.
