As a Program Manager you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and executing on projects and programs for the Global Enablement team. You must be passionate about project and program management in service of operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage Enablement intake forms and processes, including initial scoping and presentation to the Enablement Leadership team.
    • Partner with leadership on business planning and strategy for their respective segments, then building and managing stakeholder documentation overall including QxQ priorities and focus areas.
    • Build and maintain a capacity roadmap for the Enablement team globally so Gong leadership can be aware of bandwidth at any given time.
    • Create and draft Enablement narratives to showcase strategy throughout strategic programs and initiatives.
    • Enhance and support existing internal projects and programs owned by Sales Enablement.
    • Design, plan, and manage the execution of internal Sales Enablement onboarding projects and programs (Calendaring for Global Onboarding, Coordination of Trainings, and Content Management)
    • Develop project or program plans, deliverables, and schedules that support business needs.
    • Develop and determine metrics for success for assigned projects and programs.
    • Create and draft project team communication and updates for projects and programs.
    • Create new material, as needed – in word documents, video recordings, Guru, Lessonly, etc. for sales team.
    • Manage our Content Management System (Guru) to ensure it’s current and stakeholders are aware of key changes.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience building and managing operational efficiencies for a team and / or organization.
    • 5+ years of experience with logistics, operations management, and/or driving projects with deadlines.
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • Project Management certifications and/or PMBOK training preferred.
    • Exceptional organizational, coordination, planning and project/program management skills.
    • Possess strong writing abilities to present project updates to executive teams.
    • Experience using technology to support planning, execution, and communications management.
    • Experience leading teams and providing assistance to peers and team members.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
    • Self-directed and resourceful.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

As Security Project Manager you will report to Gong's Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to manage the multiple projects for the overall security department. You will track the status of security programs, working with partners throughout the company to ensure projects are completed. You will have a direct impact on the security program maturity growth and will be an essential part of measuring the success of the overall R & D security program. This will be a hands-on position as we mature our overall security program & team.

Responsibilities

    • The Project Manager will support prioritized initiatives sponsored by the Chief Information Security Officer.
    • This will include working with cross-functional teams to review and revise the existing Incident Management Plan.
    • Responsible for internal and external project status communications.
    • Conduct routine project meetings including core team, client, and others as needed.
    • Create status reports per Information Security Project Team and Executive requirements.
    • Scheduling and timelines at the task level as needed, with overall accountability at the project level.
    • Conduct project-level risk assessment and mitigation.
    • Manage project backlog and continuously groom it.
    • Interface with Architects, Engineers, and Senior Management.
    • Perform Project Planning, Budgeting, Project Tracking.
    • Drive the beginning to end stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

    • 7+ years of compliance experience
    • Process improvement mindsetFamiliarity with fundamental security concepts, across compliance, infrastructure, and application security
    • Ability to work within a team of highly qualified security specialists and multi-task effectively
    • PMI Certifications
    • Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certifications

Gong is looking for a Program Manager to design, build, and measure scalable processes, workflows, and automations that enable our Customer Success team to deliver exceptional value to our fast-growing customer base. You have a passion for identifying business challenges and designing highly effective operational solutions, by building, experimenting, and iterating continuously. This person will report to our Director of Customer Success Operations and work collaboratively with the CS Operations team, Customer Success team, and cross-functional Go To Market teams. Responsibilities

    • Design and launch processes, workflows, and automations that drive internal efficiencies, up-level the effectiveness of our Customer Success team, and deliver greater value to our customers.
    • Own the end-to-end process from ideation to execution, including requirements-gathering, design, build, measurement, and iteration.
    • Work closely with the Customer Success team to proactively and regularly identify challenges that require operational solutions.
    • Interface with our internal Operations and Development teams to surface Customer Success requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement solutions.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience in a Customer Success Operations role at a technology company, with demonstrable experience designing processes and automations.
    • Strong business acumen; able to translate high-level business challenges into detailed requirements and designs.
    • Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent organization skills; experience managing project plans, meeting deadlines, and proactively raising blockers or risks.
    • Passion for continuous iteration and experimentation.
    • Data-driven and analytical; able to use data to measure the business impact of solutions.
    • Experience using Gainsight and/or designing solutions in Gainsight.
    • Plus: Certified Gainsight Administrator.
    • Plus: Experience running high-velocity digital programs (e.g. tech touch).
