Job description

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that all aspects of assigned projects are complete according to corporate guidelines and within budget. This includes responsibility for major projects such as remerchandising, new store deployments and disaster relief. This role is critical to Lowe's as it oversees all aspects of projects concerning key areas to store operations.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs sales floor rack installation and display construction.
  • Supervises placement of merchandise, displays, and pricing to meet Lowe's standards.
  • Oversees Issue Management Tool data entry and corresponding dot process.
  • Conducts daily meetings with Store Management & Staff for project status updates and build engaged project team while in each store location for the duration of each project.
  • Performs inspections with subcontractors, third party providers & dedicated store personnel.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED and 5 years’ relevant work experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ Lowe’s experience
  • Professional communication experience
  • Organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP and Lean process improvement
