The Business & Marketing Operations team is responsible for the operations for Apple’s Subscription Services. We are looking for an experienced producer or project manager to handle all logistics and production management related to Internal Communications and our People Programs. This position requires a high level of organization, familiarity with project scheduling, and a strong attention to detail for deploying mass internal communications. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member with a collaborative work style, who has an interest in being a pillar of organization and has a penchant for tracking tasks and producing internal communications. Must be well-organized, able to effectively multi-task & prioritize, and take initiative.

Key Qualifications

Very well organized and data-oriented

Able to produce schedules, reports, trackers and keep accurate, detailed notes

Minimum of 3-5 years as a project manager, producer, program manager or in administration for internal communications

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years experience in a marketing or advertising department

An aptitude for project management, processes, and administrative duties

Excellent communicator able to work with all levels of management; ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing

Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, and time sensitive environment

Consistent track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure

Has a passion for learning new things, continuous improvement and sharing best practices

Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity

Exceptional worth ethic, discreet and dependable

The ideal candidate will be confident to make complicated decisions on their own when needed and able to explain their reasoning

Able to anticipate change and react efficiently & expeditiously

Overall ability to understand and retain new information quickly

Experience in Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote and Excel

Strong Keynote skills is a plus

Lead and manage content calendars related to internal communication

Responsible for gathering assets, copy, and approvals for internal communications

Responsible for deployment of communication using internal tools

Provide weekly updates on status for internal programming

Partner with creative producing team for internal needs

Look for opportunities for efficiencies across the organization

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all interpersonal levels

Experience and knowledge of project management and resource management tools such as JIRA, Asana, WorkFront, OmniPlan, Wrike, 10,000 Ft or similar platforms

Extraordinary organization skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment

Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure

- Lead and manage all weekly reports including resourcing status, financial status and summary project status

- Build and own reporting for internal partners within each department, as well as monthly recap on progress with tools, systems, and resourcing

- Partner with creative producing team for operational needs

- Consistently evaluates workflow for efficiencies and identifies tools and opportunities for process improvement for the team.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree preferred; PMP Certified is a plus
